In the SC, the resolutions will be debated clause by clause.

Only one clause can be debated each timeThere will only be one final resolution to

each issue, which is composed of clauses that are passed during the debate time.

The house will begin the debate directly without giving much time for delegates to write their clauses.

If a delegate wishes to submit a clause, he/she should first send the clause to chair d before / during the debate.

aviation authority to further strengthen their laws and regulations by: a) Redefining the criteria and standard of using military UAVs in wars and their regulations such as: i) regulations on future weapon capacity and development, ii) regulations on development of UAV automation,
