BURNDY® Braid Assemblies are commonly used as a flexible option at entrance gates. We will help you determine what type of braid will work best in your situation and can custom design and manufacture braid to meet your needs. Choose BURNDY® Mechanical Grounding Connectors, such as U-bolts and Split bolts, to connect wire and braid to fence structures. BURNDY® Flex Jumpers, made from welding cable, can be used with universal pipe clamps or can be exothermically welded to the fence/gate themselves.

Anti-Theft ProductsUnprotected, visible copper conductor and connectors are vulnerable to theft. Damage from copper theft is rarely limited to just conductor loss and often includes equipment damage, connector damage or theft. BURNDY offers a variety of options to help customers deter copper theft.

• Tin-Plated Connectors—By changing the appearance, connections are less attractive to potential copper thieves.

• Stainless Steel Hardware—BURNDY offers the option of stainless steel hardware on our mechanical grounding and fence post connectors, another way to deter theft and prevent damage.

• Longer Bolts—Some mechanical connectors offer a longer bolt option as a way to hide conductor inside a channel or back of structural steel reducing its visibility.
