Our story

• C.W. Obel becomes the
owner of SN Holding
including Semco A/S.
• Semco Energy and Semco Maritime in
Odense are consolidated into one division
in the name of Semco Maritime.
• The division is divided into 4 business
areas: Engineering & Contracting, Marine
Switchboard, Marine Service, and Fire
Protection.
• Semco Maritime A/S is divided
into Semco Danmark A/S
(Bravida) and Semco Maritime
A/S.
• Norse Electronics (telecom) is
sold. Hiring-out activities are
maintained.
• Semco Maritime is certified
according to OHSAS 18001 and ISO
14001.
• The business units Switchboard and
Marine Service are sold.
• The business unit Fire Protection is
sold to Danfoss and C.W. Obel.
• Esbjerg Oilfield Services is acquired
and integrated in full with existing

becomes a Premier Cisco Partner. This provides

for maintenance and modification of their offshore Oil & Gas installations in
Denmark and later in Norway and the UK. (EPCI Facilities Contract)

Upgrade Vibration Monitoring System
General scope of work is to replace existing vibration, condition monitoring
systems and network. The contract covers replacement of 15 racks .
This includes new field monitoring racks, a new network including local
database servers, VDU display, keyboard and software.

• We maintain, upgrade, repair and refurbish rigs for action anywhere in the
world.
• We can do everything from Special Periodic Surveys, accommodation
modules, cranes services and power generation, to structural repairs with
minimum down time by prefabricating key elements at our yard prior to rig
arrival.

This is a Frame Agreement for all Telecommunication systems for the whole

Non-conforming products and product replacements will be registered.
Delivery
Promised delivery date will be compared with actual delivery date.
Flexibility
Semco Maritime is a project based company working with many different
set-ups and time schedules. This environment requires suppliers willing and
capable to support and deliver in a flexible manner.
Affordability
In order to support development and growth in the long run, products and
services procured have to be affordable. A supplier’s affordability level will
be evaluated in accordance to the total cost of ownership.
At Semco Maritimes a supplier will be continuously
monitored with regard to following parameters

New suppliers will be registered in Semco Maritime procurement department
and they will be assessed and evaluated before the final approval.
The first assessment is a self-evaluation form that is sent to the possible
supplier. The assessment form is covering Health, Safety, Environment, Quality
and Corporate Responsibility.
Furthermore some questions regarding welding and heat treatment if relevant.
The supplier is filling out all questions and returns the form to the procurement
department. If the supplier is certified according to any of the areas mentioned
this is marked on the front page of the form.
The self-assessment format will be evaluated by the procurement and the
HSEQ department.

”NO COMPROMISE, we care” is the basis of Semco Maritime behaviour and we
want our suppliers to take part of this as well.
Approved suppliers are assessed on an ongoing basis:
• Health and safety performance on Semco Maritime projects
• Health and safety approach and behaviour on Semco Maritime projects
• Any violation of health and safety rules and regulations on Semco Maritime
projects
• Any harm done to the environment on Semco Maritime projects
• Quality performance with regards to products
• Qualtiy performance with regards to certificates and documentation
• If a supplier employee is violating health and safety rules and regulations on
Semco Maritime projects the person in question will/can be expelled from the
project.
