The Senior Recruitment Consultant role involves the full account management of a portfolio of varied and exciting companies from start ups to global organisations. The Senior Recruitment Consultant is expected to: • Account manage a portfolio of clients • Achieve set targets to ensure that clients and candidates are receiving the best quality service • Develop new business opportunities in your defined industries areas • Negotiating fees and terms and conditions with clients • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish • Develop new and existing client relationships through client meetings and networking • Writing the most eloquent and attractive job adverts in the industry to attract candidates • Contribute to marketing the agency through social media, content creation, email marketing • Maintain Reuben Sinclair’s high standards in relation to data and CRM management • Aid Senior Managers in the management and development of junior team members • Creating collateral alongside the Marketing Department including blogs, white papers and salary guides
