5299860 – Oil Pan Lifting Kit

This kit is used to raise and lower the oil pan into position to allow oil pan gasket servicing on QSK95 series engines.

Components: 5299864, 5299865, 5299866, 5299889, 5299890, 5299961

5299885 – Valve Spring Compressor Kit

This kit is used to compress the valve springs 3 at a time on the

ISG12 G CMOH6.0 G111 engine.

5299939 – Turbocharger Lifting Kit

Turbocharger lifting fixture for the QSK60 Natural Gas Engine. – The turbocharger features a cast-in lifting eye; however, due to the angle the turbocharger is mounted, the

eye is not useful or easily accessible. The turbo weighs 600 lbs.

Obsoletes & supersedes kit 4918790. – Newer A135 turbos have changed to through holes from threaded holes used on TPS52 turbos for mounting

the fixture to the turbo.

5299854 – Diesel Exhaust Fluid Doser & Pump Pressure Test Kit

The kit is used as a diagnostic tool for checking the pressures of the doser pump and the doser injector. Used on ISF3.8 CM2350 F109 & ISV5.0 CM3230 V104 engines.

Used on OEM specific hybrid engine applications (ADL & VDL) only for rotating engine for service maintenance interval overhead setting.

Used on ISB4.5 CM2350 B104, ISB6.7 CM2350 B103 & ISF3.8 CM2350 F109 engines.
