529877800 – Injector Test Kit

This tool is used to pressurize the injector area between o-rings to see if there is a leak leading to o-ring replacement.

The kit is used as a diagnostic tool for checking the pressures of the doser pump and the doser injector.

529900000 – Power Supply Harness

This cable contains two alligator clips that connect to a 12 V DC battery, wired to a female cigarette lighter socket, to provide power for test kits.

Due to become available January, 2014 Used In – ISB6.7 CM2250, ISC8.3 CM2250, ISL9 CM2250, ISX15 CM2250 Tool Type – Productivity Tool Source – Cummins or Equivalent

The kit is used to protect the injectors and injector fuel supply lines from debris during cleaning and inspection.

Due to become available January, 2014 Used In – QSK19 CM2350 Tool Type – Required Tool Source – Cummins only

529902400 – Replacer Kit

The tool is used to remove and install the oil pump pressure regulator without removing oil pump from the engine. Can only be used on pumps that have a snap ring to retain the pressure regulator assembly.
