Sharpline Stainless Steel is an Australian stainless steel company specialising in the design and manufacturing

of custom benching and equipment for commercial and domestic environments.

Sharpline Stainless Steel was established in 1981. It began with a small premise in Fairfield Victoria. Over the

years, it has progressed to become the innovative enterprise that it is today: a well equipped and modern

factory based in central Coburg.

We currently employ a range of skilled people including engineers, designers, sheet metal workers, polishers,

electricians and glass workers. We supply to a large customer base including brands such as Subway®,

Hungry Jacks, Spotless, Woolworths, as well as many clubs, hospitals, hospitality industries, Westfield

shopping malls and others.

Sharpline Stainless Steel is regarded as one of the leading forces in the industry and is known for its custom

built stainless steel benching, and its range of production line items such as, Bain Maries, Hot Food Bars,

Mobile Food Transporters and Charcoal Chicken Rotisseries. We also supply complete commercial kitchen fit-

outs, including cooking and refrigeration equipment.

Over the past 16 years Sharpline Stainless Steel has become one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers in

Dishwashers and Glass-washers to the hospitality industry in Australia and overseas. All stainless steel

equipment is made with meticulous care and expertise that comes from over three decades of experience and

pride in making top quality, all Australian products.

Every item manufactured by Sharpline Stainless Steel has been designed to the highest standards, using the

best quality materials and excellent workmanship that is inherent in each item produced and we continue to

enhance our range with new and updated designs.

TRUMPF MACHINE

Sharpline Stainless Steel have two Trumpf combination punch/laser machines. The machines have the speed of a punch machine and capability to profile cut any shape with it’s CO² laser head. They have a beam diameter of 0.15mm overall tolerance of 0.1. There is no panel too complex for these machines.

The combination machines are driven by Lantek software, leaders in CAD/CAM software to control CNC lasers and punch machines. With a part history database, we can duplicate any part/item customers have ordered even several years prior. Parametric programming allows us to create flat form benching profiled in only a few minutes, aiding us to meet the customers timelines and job requirements.

PRESS MACHINE Sharpline Stainless Steel have two Gasparini brake press/folding machines.

1 x 3metres and 110 tonne pressing capacity.

1 x 4metres and 130 tonne pressing capacity.

Both machines are high end CNC controlled machines with 6 axis’ each. As a result of our investment into software and machines we are able to meet customer requirements, offering high quality, accurately and on time fabrication.

Accuracy from programming software, laser, punch and folding machines, allows us to maintain a very accurate ± 2mm size for our finished products.

ROCKPOOL SYDNEY In November 2013, Rockpool moved from its original home on George

Street to the historic Burns Philp Building at 11 Bridge Street, in the heart

of Sydney.

Sharpline Stainless Steel built a relationship with the Rockpool Group to

ensure they understood the project expectations.

We assisted with the design of the kitchen, manufactured high quality

stainless steel equipment, benching, sinks etc. and provided products

such as, ovens, refrigeration, stoves etc.

The installation of all equipment was completed with meticulous care and

precision.

Sharpline Stainless Steel has been designing, manufacturing and installing Subway® stores since 1999, designing customised stainless steel counters, refrigeration as well as small wares. The small wares equipment is being imported from overseas or locally, furniture, wallpaper, signage and accessories for all Subway® stores within Australia and New Zealand.

Sharpline Stainless Steel has been providing Subway® with stainless steel equipment for the past 16 years (as well as small wares for 8 years).

Sharpline over the years have won numerous awards for their service to Subway® franchisees. These awards include ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ and ’Supplier of the Year’.
