Employment History

March 10 - present Picsolve roaming photographer, Legoland Windsor

As a roaming photographer i was literally given a camera and a target number at the start of the day and had to roam around Legoland taking family photos. My experience with photography came in handy as I knew all the functions of the digital SLRs and I knew what sort of framing the photos needed for them to look appealing to the customer. Another part of this job was standing in the photo units selling ride photos, learning all the special offers off by heart and building up a sales technique really helped me in my sales, I really enjoyed hitting all my targets and working for this company.

August 09 - February 10 Office Cleaner - Temco Systems

Much like the job described at the bottom of the page my main jobs included checking if new stock was needed, cleaning various work spaces and also working as part of a team.

January 09 - July 09 Sales Assistant - SoSandwich Bracknell

I had many roles in this job such as preparing the food, putting it together to the customers requests, selling the food and also cleaning up afterwards. I was always very busy in this job and it taught me to work well under pressure; I really think I picked up some skills working so closely with the public and with other members of staff, the experience of making all the different food could help me in another job.

July 08 – November 08 Sales Assistant – John Nike Ski Shop

As a retail assistant my duties include filling shelves and doing stock takes, customer service and the operation and cashing up of tills. I have experience with credit card transactions and cash analysis.

May 07 – September 07 Restaurant Staff – Wyevale Garden Centre

I took on several responsibilities through this job, working in the kitchen and front of house. My duties included the preparation of food, serving customers and cleaning the restaurant. This job

enabled me to improve greatly upon my customer service skills, as well as honing my ability to work as part of a team.

July 06 – January 07 Domestic/Office Cleaner

This job enabled me to appreciate the value of hard work and allowed me to carry a great deal of responsibility because I was paid in accordance to the quality of my work. It also allowed me to work with a variety of employers and showed me the importance of flexibility within work hours.

Personal Interests

In my spare time I do a lot of photography, sometimes professionally but mainly as a hobby, i've also visited exhibitions around Europe as I'm really interested in other photographers. I'm also very passionate about music and attend a lot of gigs and festivals with friends.

I have a keen interest in travel and have taken various trips throughout Europe and hope to travel further afield in the future. I'm really into fashion, having taken photos at several london fashion week shows in 2009; always reading fashion magazines for inspiration but like to have my own style too.
