Submitting monthly MIS (PNL, Balance Sheet, F&B Cost, and Outlet wise PNL, BRS, fines/penalties and debtors/creditors/fund transfer statement by 5 th of following month. 11. Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, Revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and Insurance records. 1. Execute all accounting activity related to tracking and expediting accounts receivable.2. Reviewing Credit Applications.3. Preparing an aged listing of accounts receivable.4. Setting up billing and collection procedure so as to minimize delinquencies and losses
