SHOOTING SCHEDULE 1-7 SegmentsFilming June 3rd - Kona By the Sea.

First Segment: 8:00 am - 7:45 am Dressed in Yoga attire and ReadyYoga Segment: 12 females- ages 18-25 (on the lawn near ocean w/mats). Instructors: Kitty Or Megan. Students: Kayli, Shardelle, Jenna, Kuulie/2 hrs, Kelsey, Kaylee, (Ala and Elena/backs), Kiana V., Momo, Zoe, Kerry Z, Haley, Darcy. Kitty will bring 12 mats and come with white shirt appropriate leggings-yoga attire. Models will bring yoga outfits,t-shirt and leggings.No bright colors/loud prints.

Check in Person: Uma . Support Staff: Swan, Ihilani, Summer. Ihilani will be setting up for the 2nd Segment w/ Luggage, Carry On's, Two Sets of Leis @ arriving/departing, 3 Model Bags, Van ready in parking lot.

Second Segment: 8:30 am On- Kona By The Sea (Parking Lot)Curbside: Ivy, Jenna, Shardelle and Kayli . Models will have their "departing" clothes on with luggage. Luggage will carry their change of clothing 2nd look-"arriving" outfit.Swan w/classy outfit, Elena /Staff and Takako/Translator) wearing logo shirt black pants.Ihilani's driving van. Scenic Point-Keauhou . Scene 1: Models will be let out of van as if they're departing for Japan- waving and walking away with first set of leis. Scene 2: Changing in the van-into 2nd look "arriving" outfit. Students will have just landed (mock airport) with luggage being greeted by Swan, Elena and Takako with different leis. Scene 3: Van moving, looking at the sites, smiling and laughing from inside the car. Scene 4: Arriving at Kona By The Sea-parking lot. Getting out of van and taking selfies by the hotel sign. Scene 5: Walking to front desk and checking in. Scene 6: Waling into hotel room-Kayli spinning and falling onto the bed.

Check in Person: Uma . Support Staff: Swan, Mike & Shane. Mike and Shane will be arranging the scene for 3rd segment. 16 chairs in a semi circle with 1/chair top of class. Banner on wall with flowers on tables. Chairs will be moved for other scenes within the 3rd segment-standing by support Mike/Shane.

Third Segment: Filming 9:30 am Models will be changed into their nice classroom outfits/heals. Classroom Setting: Same 12 students (One NEW HFA Banner on the wall)Students meeting staff w/translator-Takako. Staff: 1st Instructor-Ala showing Models Bag. 2nd Inst.-Swan going over orientation. 3rd Inst. Kitty-Yoga Techniques/Meditation, 4th Inst. Elena-Runway, 5th Inst. Swan-photo movement.Models will be doing runway and photo movement etc.

Check in Person: Uma. Support staff: Ihilani, Mike, Summer and Shane. Setting up for 4th segment. Food tables: Placing all food on pretty tableware and setting up buffet style. Table cloth, napkins, silverware. Preparing fruit platter/cutting fruit and also arranging display "Fruit Bowel" with Pineapple, Papaya, Mango, Melons and Bananas. Flower arrangements in vases with orchids in fruit juice cups.

Fourth Segment: 10:30 am Two Round Tables set up in second room. Breakfast Platters-Table settings, flower and fruit center pieces. Hawaiian Breakfast: Rice, Bacon, Eggs, Fruit Platter, Muffins, Fruit juice in clear cups w/orchids and coffee. One NEW HFA Banner on wall. Palm frawnes and Tei Leaves on tables.Models will be helping themselves to food, smiling, talking, eating.Ihilani, Mike, Summer and Shane helps to set up this area.

Check in Person: Uma. Support staff: Mike and Shane. Preparing classroom for Kids class. Leaving chairs in place-later changing back with 10 semi circle.

Fifth Segment: Kids : 11:00 am-12:30 pm Kids come dressed in nice outfit/appropriate shoes.Kids: Carly, Jimmy, Dylan, Natasha, Dmitry, Nathand, Hi'ilei, Helena, Bella D, Azlan,Vivianna, Kyra, Bella V, Stella and Naomi. 1st Inst. Kitty-Allignment, 2nd Inst. Elena-Runway, 3rd Inst Kayli-Photo Movement, 4th Inst. Swan-Talking.

Check in Person: Summer. Support staff: Swan, Mike and Shane. Ala will prepare her makeup station with brushes etc. Donica will be ready to shoot with camera and have two reflectors for helpers Elena/Ala. Hammock will need to be hung by sand area. Kayli, Shardelle and Jenna will need to be changed into their swimsuits and ready.

Sixth Segment: 2:00 pm OnMock Photoshoot with 3 students on Beach in front of hotel. Ala doing makeup/hair. (Makeup station could be set up at the beach or in conference room)Scene 1: Ala doing Kayli's makeup/hair. Scene 2: Kayli by wave pool/ocean. Scene 3: Shardelle in main swimming pool. Scene 4: Jenna on Hammock. Donica shooting with Camera - Kayli posing etc. Ala and Elena holding reflectors.

Check in Person: Summer. Support staff: Swan, Ihilani, Mike and Shane and Uma. 4:30 pm-Setting up dinner tables with linens,12/place settings. All food will be put onto platters, with serving spoons etc. Flower arrangements on tables. Glasses with fruit juices/orchids. Uma and Dave will prepare their music area and Carly and 2nd Hula Dancer will be getting in costumes for dancing.

Seventh Segment: Scene 1: 4:30 Table Set Up / Scene 2: 5:20 Food tables buffet / Scene 3: Same 12 students- around tables smiling,eating and laughing. Scene 4: 6:00 pm Carly Chanting & Dancing . One Hula dancer backup with Uma and David playing ukulele/singing. Sunset ocean CLEAN UP: Mike, Swan, Summer, Ihilani,Ivy etc.

CAST-CREW-STAFF

Kathryn-Kona By The Sea: Table Linens and 1 Sm. Reception Table for (Check In Person)Will have staff available to help with set up etc.

Mike L: Ordering Food/Breakfast-Dinner/Drinks/Coffee ( Note: KTA-First orders are Free delivery), Polo Logo shirts @ Staff, Banners, Tiki torches/oil, fruit and flowers, small vases, dishes, wood bowels, Rice cooker,coffee maker etc.

Swan: Two Flower bundles from Kona Market-Alii Drive, 5 Orchid Leis @ Airport, Hammock from Mike B, Makeup Kit. Collecting hammock and bowels, Coffee from Mike Braun.

Ihilani: Bringing Van, Wood platters, cups, center piece, flowers for lei making, palm and Ti leaves, napkins etc. Whatever you and Swan spoke about.

Staff and Instructors: Wearing Polo logo shirt (bringing nice jean and black Capri's or shorts/shoes).Makeup ready. Swan will wear nice dress (not too bold of print). Shardelle, Kayli, Jenna & Ivy-bring luggage/carry on.

Ala: Bring Makeup Kit with brushes etc.

Hula Dancers: Carly and Kiana V. Will bring own Hawaiian costumes and all items needed..

Entertainment: Uma and David -bringing own ukulele-costumes and small sound system.

Jeromy: Support staff

Carly and Shane: Will bring own Hawaiian costumes.

Student Models: Will all wear nice clothing and bring heals, all appropriate yoga attire/leggings.

Kids: Will all wear nice clothing & appropriate shoes. Lt. Makeup if any.

Videographer/Photographer: Abraham will bring all camera's/drones and equipment needed-lighting etc.Donica: Will be our pretend photographer and will bring a camera for shooting and two reflectors.

Ivy: Luggage and Carry On Bags.

Kitty: Bringing 12+ Yoga Mats and other items needed, Dishes for table's.
