Terms & Conditions:
1. Booths will be served on first come first basis.
2. Booths will be confirmed once full payment has been received.
3. Payment will be accepted by credit card, certified cheque or cash only.Vendors should meet with sales staff in person to discuss any
issues.
4. All cheques for payment should be made in the name of: North American Trade Promotions Ltd.
5. Exhibitors are responsible for their own personal and business insurance and food safety plans (where required).
6. Exhibitors are encouraged to use environmental friendly products.
7. This is a Business event and as such no offensive material, obscene material, nudity, or pornographic material is permitted.
8. This event is a non-smoking event. Any staff of Exhibitor caught smoking within the venue will incur a penalty of $100 per offence for the
Exhibitor and will not be allowed to participate in the operations with immediate effect.
9. Promotional material may be given out but only if related to the Exhibitor’s primary business on site.
10. Exhibitors agree to allow using any pictures of staff, images and messages from their booth for promotional purposes on any media.
11. It is the Exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure that all signs, display materials, merchandise and any other items be adequately secured at all
times in such a manner to avoid causing any injury or damage to other person.
12. Exhibitors are responsible for the safeguarding of their own material.
13. Every Exhibitor’s should have a proper Signage displayed on their booth.
14. Exhibitors must ensure the operation of their business does not interfere with other Business or customers
15. Exhibitors are responsible for their own tables, chairs and display counters inside their booth
16. Exhibitors will get access to the site on the morning of March 08th 2019 to set up their equipment (lighting, banners, display counters, install
equipment and tables).
17. Exhibitors must keep their booth open for business for each day that they have registered for. A penalty equal to one day’s rent will be
collected from any exhibitor for skipping each registered day before allowing them back into the market. An absence will lead to expulsion
from the event and all remaining rent will be forfeited.
18. Any violation of any terms and conditions will lead to eviction from the site
19. Organiser will not be responsible or liable for any loss of product.
20. Organiser or Cloverdale Exhibition Grounds is not responsible for any break-in, theft or damage to your vehicle while parked at the
premises.
21. By participating in the construction expo the Exhibitor agrees to release, discharge, hold harmless and forever acquit and their officers,
agents, representatives and employees from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, or any liabilities whatsoever, known or
unknown, now existing or which may arise in the future, on account of or in any way related to, or arising out of, participation in the expo,
including but not restricted to any loss, damage, injury or expense. Further, the Exhibitor assumes all liabilities for his/her employee(s),
helper(s), or any accompanying non-participant(s).
22. IMPORTANT: In case any Exhibitor chooses to withdraw his/her application in that case no funds will be refunded. Organizer reserves the
right to exclude any Exhibitor, including if they are not paid for in full prior to the site becoming fully rented. Full payment must be received
at time of this application submission and site selection will be prioritized accordingly on a “first come, first served basis”.
23. All Exhibitors are responsible for their own personal and business insurance. Organisers reserves all rights over promotional material and
images to advertise Exhibitors and this event. Organiser reserves the right to expel any vendor bad mouthing the Cloverdale Exhibition
Grounds crew and staff, management and other Exhibitor at the event.

1 Vendors are responsible to ensure all equipment is protected from power surges and outages.
2 Levy Show Service Inc. will not be held responsible for any loss of data or product due to voltage fluctuationsor loss of power.
3 Vendors are required to have only CSAapproved and inspected electrical equipment. If any vendor attemptsto use a non approved appliance or fixture, Levy Show Service Inc. will disconnect and offer to repair or installto code if possible for additional fees (labour and material).
4 If a breaker is tripped it will be reset once, subsequent resetting will be at a minimum charge of $90.00
5 Only authorized Levy Show Service Inc. personnel are allowed to access electrical panels and breakers.
6 Vendor extensions must be 14 gauge, 3 wire with ground plug minimum.Anything less will be removed byLevy Show Service Inc. and can be collected at the end of the show.
7 Only Levy Show Service Inc. employees are permitted to remove the materials.
8 Standard wall and other permanent facility utility outlets or sockets are not part of your booth space.Exhibitors are not permitted to use these unless approved by Levy Show Service Inc. staff. Standard chargeswill apply.
9 All equipment must comply with the Canadian Electrical Code, the Electrical SafetyAct and be CSAapproved.
10 Levy Show Service Inc. has authorization to refuse power or connections when wiring or equipment is notin accordance with the above regulations.
