Siam-style Mangosteen
ClafoutiCivilization Recipe
5 fresh Sukhothai Kings4 large Buddhist temples *preferably
stone1 cup of Independence from Burmese½ cup + tbsp. of Unstable Monarchy1/3 cup of Modesty1 tsp. of Honesty1 tsp. of Great Architecture1 tsp. of Buddhist Monks1 tsp. of Rama MythsA pinch of Fawn Dances
Serves 4-6
Directions:
First you want to preheat your oven at 350
degrees and prepare the dish plate you are
going to use. Now prepare your fresh Sukhothai
Kings, with a knife slice them open and check if
they are ripe.
If they are ripe remove the seeds inside and slice
them in to even pieces. Toss the fruit in a tsp of
great architecture and tbsp of unstable
monarchy. Once you have done that lay it out
evenly on your dish plate. In a separate large
bowl whisk your Buddhist temples with a pinch
of Fawn dances and unstable monarchy.
Whisk the mixture in 1/3 cup of modesty and
make sure it is smooth. Don’t forget to add your
Buddhist monks, honesty, and Rama myths into
the mixture. Now pour that mixture on top of
your Sukhothai Kings, spread it out evenly and if
your Sukhothai Kings float in the mixture that is
okay we want some of that.
Bake for about an hour, or until the top is
lightly brown coated. Serve it warm with
sugar icing, ice cream, whipped cream, or
any topping of your choice. Bon appetite
