Summer : The summer is generally hot and dry. A hot wind called the loo blows in summer.

Monsoon : This region gets less rainfall because the clouds moving towards west loose their moisture.

Winter : The winter is very cold. During the night dew freezes on the leaves.

The main crops of our village are jwar, bajra and pulses. Guar is also main crop. Other crops are Wheat, gram andOilseeds.

Pottery, mining, handicrafts and silver jewellery with semi -precious stones are main industries. Copper is an important mineral found here ( Khetri, near Jakhal ). The famous Doongriquality of marble is also found in outskirts of our Jakhal. I have seennomads making knives, scissors, tongs, and other small iron utensils used in our kitchen.NOMADS
