CRISIS MANAGEMENT - Context
The challenge to operational control is
heightened in an operation, requiring rapid
reaction to any changes, and the coordination
of actions to ward off potential threats, limit
damage, and by cooperation between all
agencies, guarantee the best possible
response on the ground.
High-level state visits, sporting events or
political demonstrations or unpredictable events
such as floods, landslides, industrial accidents,
terrorist attacks are enormous challenges to the
planning and coordination of all the security
and emergency organisations.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT – IT solution
Easy Adaption toBest-Practices
Easy to useCore
functionality
Collect Information as early as
possible in a structured way
Easy distribution of information
Appropriate presentation of
Information
Implicit control and reporting
High system availability
IT solution for Special
Operations Rooms (SOR) and
Command Staffs
5
INTERGRAPH PLANNING & RESPONSE –
what is?
Simple and reliable communications
and information sharing
Simple, intuitive applications are
essential to allow the user to focus
on the leadership challenge, even in
extreme situations
Intergraph Planning & Response is an effective IT solution for
“Special Operations Rooms (SOR) and Command Staffs”
The purpose of Intergraph Planning & Response is
to get a Common Operational Picture.

IL SISTEMA
Un sistema per il Preventing and Disaster Management
basato su WEB e su tecnologia Hexagon Geospatial
Intelligence.
Integra diverse fonti dati (sensori, telecamere, immagini
satellitari, mezzi, mappe) su base GIS a supporto del
Planning & Response.

Come funziona?
15
Allarme automatico
Segnalazione da sensore telecamera
Il sensore della telecamera
rileva l’abbandono di un
oggetto ed invia la
segnalazione al Sistema
2/6
16
Gestione segnalazione
L’operatore inserisce
nel Sistema di gestione
la segnalazione.
3/6
17
Analisi ed assegnazione del task
L’operatore analizzando i vari
dati della zona come: i dati
spaziali, il frame della
telecamera etc, definisce la
priorità ed il tipo di intervento ed
avvia il workflow.
4/6
18
Intervento in campo
L’operatore grazie alle
informazioni inserite nel sistema
organizza le squadre e la
tipologia d’intervento.
5/6
19
Consultazione e monitoraggio
L’operatore può monitorare il
territorio e recuperare lo storico
degli interventi con il materiale
archiviato.

20
Vantaggi/Benefici
Monitoraggio continuo delle aree d’interesse.
Rapida consapevolezza del tipo di emergenza e dell’area
interessata.
Organizzazione e gestione efficace degli interventi.
Accesso diretto alle risorse aggiornate e storiche.
Monitoraggio real-time dell’interventi. 1/2
21
Vantaggi/Benefici
Ottimizzazione degli interventi in base alle priorità grazie al
time planning ed al task manager.
Continua interazione della centrale di controllo con i mezzi
ed il personale preposto per l’intervento.
Gestione automatica dell’intervento a seconda del tipo di
reato.
