Over 14 years of experience in VET, higher and adult education. Held positions ranging from secondary VET education teacher and national VET Centre advisor, to nation – wide coordination of education related projects, including more than 5 years experience on EU funded projects related to VET education and training.

Educational background: Master degree in Economic Statistics, Personnel Diploma and National Licence for teaching and upbringing, professional certification on European adult education and learning (in progress).

Experience as a teacher in secondary vocational school. I was involved in initiatives designed and implemented in this school as a part of educational reform. Hired by Montenegro Ministry of Education to work on educational system reform as a part of national VET Centre team.

The National Qualification Framework and Quality Assurance in Higher Education is an EU funded project aimed to assist Montenegro government to develop institutional arrangements and undertake capacity building in order to create a National Qualification Framework and to enhance the University's efforts to establish a quality assurance system in higher education.
