SoM Requisition Approval Workflow - Background

School of Medicine changes to the hiring approval process for staff positions. Hiring Process workgroup assisted in developing a more structured approach to the hiring approval process including developing a more efficient and effective process for approving requests for hiring. We have enhanced the HR system JHUjobs to now include an improved Requisition Form along with SOM Approval Workflow portal which will automate the requisition approval process for the School of Medicine.
