FEATURES AND BENEFITS
The Anubis 3D Scara Cover Kit is designed specifically to fit
Fanuc’s SR-6iA Scara Robot. It is constructed to fully seal both
the upper and lower sections of SR-6iA Robot including the vertical
actuating quill. Manufactured from Nylon-12 plastic, the upper
portion of the shield houses pneumatic fittings to allow airlines
pass though the upper quill while the lower section of SR-6iA quill
is covered with the clean translucent white bellow. The kit
includes all fasteners and is easily installed via the existing
robot’s assembly points.

MAINTENANCE PLAN
LIMITED WARRANTY
WARNING RISK OF INJURIES
The production system must be stopped in the area where the
system is being maintained. The system may only be maintained at
the workplace in accordance with the operating instructions. The
system must be disconnected and depressurized during maintenance
work. The production system must be secured to prevent activation
during maintenance work. The system must only be set up by trained
personnel who have trained on the operating procedures. The system
must be validated for clean room operation.
Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship
under normal use during the warranty period.
During the Warranty Period, Anubis 3D Industrial Solutions Inc.
will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of products
that proves defective because material defects or workmanship,
under normal use and maintenance. We will either repair or replace
the product with new and or used parts at our discretion.
Our product Limited Warranty period is 180 Days from the date of
shipping.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused
by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects
in material or workmanship. And or damage of the product from
negligence and unauthorized modifications of the product.
This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive Warranty. No
employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter
this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Anubis 3D
Industrial Solutions Inc.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to
determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Each product manufactured, sold, leased, or delivered by the Anubis
3D Industrial Solutions Inc. has been in conformity with all
applicable contractual commitments and all express and implied
warranties, Anubis 3D Industrial Solutions Inc. has any material
liability (and there is no basis for any present or future action,
suit, proceeding, hearing, investigation, charge, complaint, claim,
or demand against any of them giving rise to any liability) for
replacement or repair thereof or other damages in connection
therewith. The foregoing warranty shall apply to any product that
is manufactured, repaired or re-manufactured under this
Agreement.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE WEEKLY MONTHLY
Remove flange and check for dirt, debris, clean if
necessary.
Check Bellow is in good condition (not brittle, no worn sections
or leaks).
Check bearing, and bearing housing for signs of wear.
Check that all the connections are secure, e.g. the screws,
hoses, fittings, etc.
Check the sealing gaskets for wear, tears and leaks.
