    5.APPENDIX I Standard Environmental Requirement

    The standard requirements are listed in the following to ensure ZTE implementation for smooth execution, subsequent trouble-free operation and maintenance of the BTS station. The requirements have been mentioned without any consideration of responsibility, which has been separately spelled out in preceding paragraphs.

    a) Construction/modification should be completed in all respects as per layout plans.

    b) All walls and ceilings should be properly painted and finished.

    c) Doors and windows as per requirement should be available and must be dust proof and lockable.

    d) Breakthroughs in walls and ceilings should be completed as per floor layout plans.

    e) Room lightings, power supply switches and sockets should be provided according to the requirements.

    f) All rooms, especially the equipment room, should be available in a clean condition.

    g) Facility for load transportation into the building or elevator with a weight capacity of 600kg should be preferably available.

    h) To prevent subsequent accumulation of dust a separate room should be available for storage and unpacking the equipment.i) Protection against lightning stroke for the building/tower has to be provided.
