Your login information is the same login that is used at the beginning of the school year to check bus routes. The default password for most accounts is the student

phone number for both the username and password.

Please note: if your username or password contains letters, those letters MUST be typed in capital letters.

Note: If you have multiple students with separate accounts for bus route information they will also have separate accounts for the My

Stop App.

What if the bus number changes? If a substitute bus is used, the GPS will reflect the new bus number.

I have multiple students with multiple accounts. How do I get them on a single account with one username and password? Contact your student’s building and make sure that both students have the same student phone number.
