    The 12th

    International Conference on Software Engineering, Artificial

    Intelligence, Networking and Parallel/Distributed Computing (SNPD

    2011) brings together researchers, scientists, engineers, industry

    practitioners, and students to discuss, encourage and exchange new ideas,

    research results, and experiences on all aspects of computer and

    information science. SNPD 2011 aims to facilitate cross-fertilizations, and

    is soliciting papers in the key technology enabling areas. The topics of

    interests include but not limited to:

    Artificial Intelligence Internet Technology and Applications

    Audio and Video Technology Mobile/Wireless/Ad-Hoc Networks

    Case-Based Reasoning Natural Language Processing

    Collaborative Computing Neural Networks & Genetic Algorithms

    Submission & Proceedings

    Submissions to the conference will be judged on the basis of originality, relevance,

    technical soundness, and presentation quality. Papers should be written in English

    and not exceed eight pages in two column format. At the end of the conference,

    session chairs and program committee members will recommend that some authors

    of well-presented papers be invited to submit extended versions of their presented

    papers for publication in the International Journal of Computer and

    Information Science (IJCIS).
