Spattering out the same details over and over again: "Topic for the month: All about me!"

How many times have you tackled in your blog about the concept of your business? Do you oftenpost information regarding your services? It is good for your business to post about your businessprofiles regularly. But posting it over and over again, can make your audience weary in reading yourposts because they already knew your subject matter -it's YOU again. Do not forget to give youraudience something to be excited about. Something fresh and interesting.

Too much marketing interaction: "Hi! Buy me."

How do you promote your services? Are you using different strategies? Or just keep talking andtalking repetitively to your audience on how to buy your products and purchase your services? If youmake too much marketing interaction with your audience, they will no longer interest you, or theywill even block you. Because they knew that every time they interact with you, or vice versa, all youcan say is "Hi, try our product, it cost only $100, you can also try this and this and that...".

Balance promotion and interaction. Try to communicate with your audience with a typicalconversation without offering such products and services and you will gain their interest andespecially, their trust.

Remember: Marketing is not just about endorsing your products or services, or even yourself too. Itis also important to have good communication with your audience to build a healthy rapport thatleads to most effective marketing strategy.

Perfectionist issues: "I don't want to see that again, delete!"

Have you experience receiving negative comments to one of your posts? Did you know that deletingthese negative comments could make you guilty and opaque?

According to Bruce Warren (2013), if consumers believe the brand is being less than forthcoming inits social interactions, they are less inclined to trust the claims the brand makes about itself or itsproducts. But by promoting transparency across all channels, responding to negative mentions andallowing nearly all comments to be seen by social audiences, brands prove that they have nothing tohide from their customers. Consumers value transparency because it fosters trust.

Remember: Negative social comments don't have to bea source of fear for brands, they are facts of life in theomni-channel marketplace (Warren, 2013).

The "Anti-Social" Media Marketing: "It's ME time!"

Isn't it ironic? Think about this, you are using socialmedia as your marketing tool so why you don't give into the principles of being SOCIAL media. Don't justthink about yourself. Think about your audience. Whatare their needs and wants? Get out of the box. Reach

others and build connection. Do not think that interaction with others will lose your credibility andelitism. It is actually your engagement to your audience.

Remember: People will not care on how much you know unless they will know how much you care. -John Maxwell

Relationship Status: "It's complicated"

How is your relationship with your clients?

According to Molly Hall, it is vital to engage with your customers. With no engagement, they mightfeel as if you don't care about their questions, comments, or concern. It all comes back to customerservice, with good or bad, concerns by consumers must be entertained.

Remember: Don't make your relationship with your customers turn into complicated.

CONCLUSION

Now, that you already know the traits of being anarcissistic, it's time to analyze yourself and your socialmedia marketing efforts. Do you only care about

yourself?
