GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT:
CompleteProjectcostborneby: AsunGroupandaffiliateCompanies
RooftopRighttoLease
RooftopOwnershallprovidetheRighttoUseofthe
rooftoptoAsunforthefixedtermperiodfromthe
dateofhandingovertheproject.
MeterAccounting BasedontheDatalogs(whichaccountseveryunit
ofpowersupplied) Asunshallraisethebillonthe1st
dateofeveryEnglishcalendarmonth.Aseparate
metermayalsobeinstalledtoverifytheactual
powersupplied.
Billing ForallthekW/hofpowersuppliedfromthesolar
plant,hospitalshallpaythesaidduestoAsunonor
before4thdateofeveryEnglishCalendarmonth
failingwhichthereshallbeapenaltyof2%per
monthleviedtotheRooftopOwner.
TerminationofthePPA
ThePPAshallbevalidforthefixedlockinperiod.
Asunmayterminatethesaidagreement.However,
theconditionwhereinPPAmaybeterminatedbythe
RooftopOwnerisafteritcompensatesAsunforthe
estimatedpowergenerationp.a.forthebalance
numberofyearsi.e.term;inaccordancewiththe
definedpowerratesinthePPA.
BankGuarantee AsunshallrequirearevolvingBankGuaranteeofthe
amountequalingtotheestimatedpowergeneration
onyearlybasis.
