► To make Sun Temple Town of Modhera, a model town drawing its energy requirements completely from Solar Power.
► Develop Modhera into an ‘Energy-Resilient’ and ‘Net Solar Energy Positive’ - potentially using Solar Energy based Technology
► To Demonstrate next-generation and relevant energy technologies to visitors.►Use of solar photovoltaic (PV)
►Utility-scale energy storage mainly Solar Energy
► Electrical Vehicle Charging Station based on Solar Energy
►Micro-grid and Smart Energy Center (i.e. smart metering, grid balancing, real-time demand-side management, etc.)

Note :(1) The building of Solar Charging Station and Smart Energy Center may be one only. SEC may/may not do controlling activity but
it must accumulate all information from all components of the project .(2) There must be one large display screen( Not less then 8” x 6” ) for public at a large for information(3) The data communication amongst all equipments is very important. Successful EPC Contractor must develop strong data
communication system with necessary back up.(4) All visible structure / building must have good Architectural design, good ergonomic view complying to all relevant standard.
