-Add user friendly site navigation features. -Make the site pleasing to look at. -Feature lots of pictures of the products and visual picture galleries so that the customer can see what they are purchasing. -Give the website the correct feel that corresponds with Hopman’s Groups’ brand.

-Make the customer’s needs the priority. -Have an e-commerce site that is easy to use. -Make orders and exchanges easy and convenient. -Make sure the site is secure so that they feel comfortable sharing their personal, financial information. -Make the customer feel appreciated and important; improve their entire online experience. -Let the customer have input on product performance and prices by allowing them to write and read user reviews.

-Advertise sales. -Include promotional deals and discounts for shopping online. For example: free shipping and discounts for shopping through the Holman’s Group online website. -Encourage customer loyalty by rewarding frequent shoppers with additional amenities, discounts, and/or promotion.

-Make the website an extension of the company by offering a wide array of products that are available online via the Harman’s Groups’ website. Include pictures, details, a detailed description and user reviews for each product. -Create or make products or a line of products that can only be purchased through the website. This will increase the amount of sales from the website.

-Advertise on other websites and the internet. This will keep your costs down and increase your exposure. -Increase your ranking on search engines like Google. This is important because the higher ranked you are the more likely you are to show up on a potential customer’s search. You can do this by formatting your website so that it is easily recognized by search engines and by getting linked to other websites. -Encourage word-of-mouth discounts to your customers. Most people consider word-of-mouth reviews to be the best, since there is little risk because it has been tested by a trusted friend.
