When? July 28, 2010 to the morning of August 5, 2010. If you’re interested in joining the Reunion, you may stay for all or part of the time, though you need to be at rehearsals on July 28-30 to
be in the way-cool Reunion Concert on July 31st
!
Where? Saint Paul, MN USA, University of Saint Thomas, JP2 Hall
How Much? $250 for all eight nights, with dorm-made meals and so much fun. Any of you coming with families or partners, contact us about prices for everyone. 2010 ComeBack Kids will pay $25 over their regular fee, in order to stay the extra days.(Songs of Hope 2010
will run from June 19 to August 3.)
Who is Invited? All “old” Hopers over the age of 16 and all 2010 ComeBack Kids
FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I have to perform in the Reunion Concert if I don’t really want to be on stage? What? You have forgotten how to perform? If any of you have turned shy, you aren’t required to be on stage, but we think it’s going to be great fun. Plus, the Reunion participants will not have to perform an entire concert. The Reunion is going to overlap Songs of Hope 2010, so your great performance simply will be added to the 2010 concert program. There, the pressure is off! What kind of activities will there be during the Reunion? We’re not sure yet. There’s a reunion committee of past Hopers here in Minnesota who will be planning events. We’ll give you more information as we go along. Who is coming so far? We haven’t asked who is coming yet. But if you go to our Facebook site, Songs of Hope Reunion 2010, you will see that there are already 169 Fans who are keeping in touch. Become a Fan yourself and use Facebook to find old friends and get details about the Reunion. We will also send out these Reunion Newsletters regularly to give you all the information you need! May I bring guests? Family members are welcome, but we are in a small dormitory so please limit your guests to your immediate family members – spouse, partner, children - only. Is there financial aid? Some, but you should write to us as soon as possible and tell us your situation.
FAVORITE SOH SONGS
Harel had a great idea and we totally love it. His idea? A Best of Songs of Hope medley for the reunion participants. So, what are your THREE favorite Songs of Hope songs? Any song. Any year. Any country or culture. Please let us know as soon as possible, since we want to start work on the medley really soon.
SEARCHING FOR MISSING HOPERS
We need your help with one really important thing. The people below are among the missing. Now, that could simply mean that we don’t have a current email address for them or they’re not on our Facebook site. BUT, it could mean that we have no idea where they are and how to contact them. Either way, we need your help finding them so we can re-connect and invite every past Hoper to the Reunion! If you know how to contact any of these people, or you’d like to help by looking for them, please let us know. All we really need is an email address that works!
