They should be prepared to attend rehearsal when needed and arrive early to run through the music before the service, and plan to practice the music on their own through the week. It is suggested that building familiarity with the music that is regularly performed would be helpful.

Duties

The responsibility of those wishing to prepare an Offertory Special is to use your special talents to create an atmosphere of worship during the offering time. This can be anything from a vocal or instrumental piece, photographs set to music, a special reading, or anything else your creativity can come up with so long as it is appropriate to the setting. You will be responsible to communicate your needs ahead of time to the worship leader and have everything prepared to make a smooth presentation.
