CITIES AND COMMUNITIES SERVED The South Orange County Community College District is a multi-cam- pus district comprised of Saddleback College in the City of Mission Viejo, Irvine Valley College in the City of Irvine, and the Advanced Technology & Education Park (ATEP) in the City of Tustin. Saddleback College and Irvine Valley College are fully accredited, preparing students for associate degrees, transfer to four-year colleges and universities, workforce development and basic skills training. ATEP offers career technical and advanced technology classes from both colleges. SOCCCD is actively pursuing educational and commercial partners to join in the innovative 62-acre development. South Orange County Community College District

The Board of Trustees is comprised of seven members elected at-large to four-year terms by the voters in south Orange County. Board members reside in the areas they represent. A student trustee, elected by students of both Saddleback College and Irvine Valley College, serves a one-year, advisory term of office. The Board of Trustees is responsible for overseeing all academic programs and educational services. Regular monthly meetings are open to the public.
