Thursday 31stBoard heritage railmotor 621/721 at Sydney Terminal. Enjoy breakfast onboard as we roll through the suburbs and the Southern Highlands. We will stop briefly at Goulburn before heading to Junee for lunch. Continue on to Albury where we will transfer to our hotel. Join your fellow travellers for welcome drinks tonight. The rest of your evening is at leisure.Overnight: Atura Albury (or similar) - B,L

Fr iday 1stToday we head back north to The Rock and onto the former Oaklands Branch. After a short stop at Lockhart we’ll arrive at the current terminus Boree Creek for a Margaret Fulton inspired lunch in Tim Fischer Park. We then re-trace our steps to Junee before heading for Coolamon and Griffith. This evening is at leisure. Overnight: The Gem Griffith (or similar) - B,L

Saturday 2ndThis morning we’ll visit Rosewood Park on Stokes for breakfast in Mick and Marj Careri’s spectacular garden. We’ll then return to the station and head to Hillston for lunch and a town tour. On the return we stop at Merriwagga for a drink at the Black Stump Hotel, famed for having the tallest bar in the Southern Hemisphere! Tonight, dinner is at Zecca Handmade Italian.Overnight: The Gem Griffith (or similar) - B,L,D

Sunday 3rdAfter breakfast enjoy a city sightseeing tour followed by a visit to the Pioneer Park Museum that features an incredible collection of local buildings and artefacts. Transfer to Piccolo Family Farm at Lake Wyangan for a spectacular lunch, hosted by Peter Piccolo and prepared by his son, award-winning chef, Luke. Evening at leisure.Overnight: The Gem Griffith (or similar) - B,L

Monday 4 thDepart Griffith by coach for Rankins Springs on the now closed branch of the same name to visit Wally Lamont’s unique Junk Art Gallery. Continue on to Naradhan where our rail motor will be waiting for us. We travel the length of this branch to Ungarie then reverse onto the Lake Cargelligo Branch where we will enjoy lunch at a local pub. We’ll make a stop at Temora to visit the Aviation Museum and enjoy dinner in the display hall. Continue to Cootamundra where we’ll transfer to motels for the night.Overnight: Local Cootamundra motels - B,L,D

Tuesday 5 thRejoin the train and enjoy breakfast as we roll through the Cullerin Ranges. At Goulburn we’ll make a brief stop before arriving back in Sydney early afternoon at the end of this spectacular and unique rail adventure - B,L
