Health Foundation Grant Generates Five Scholarships Five minority individuals working in the
health and human service fields will be
eligible for a full scholarship this fall to
pursue a master’s degree in public health at
Southern, thanks to a $104,947 grant from
the Connecticut Health Foundation.
Ed.D. Program Approved
The first graduates of Southern’s Ed.D.
program will receive their diplomas this May,
just months after the doctoral degree
garnered permanent approval from the state
Department of Education’s Board of
Governors.
