Welcome to our Safe Spa Experience We have been working hard to ensure we are ready to welcome you and to keep our clients and staff safe in line with Government regulations. Please do not come to the Spa if you have any COVID-19 symptoms. Appointments can be cancelled by calling 01202 208666. You may reschedule in 14 days time. Only 1 person to attend and do not bring extra belongings. We will be carefully staggering appointment times to reduce congestion and maintain social distancing. Please bring your own face mask and arrive on time for your appointment. We will check your temperature and ask a few questions. If you have a reading of over 37.5 we will be unable to accommodate you. You will also be asked to sanitise your hands immediately and a member of staff will guide you to your treatment room. Please keep a safe distance throughout. All staff will be equipped with appropriate PPE. Treatment rooms will be sanitised before you arrive and when you leave. This may take up to 15 minutes. Please leave the spa as soon as your appointment is finished and avoid touching anything you do not need to. Contactless payment is preferred where possible. There is no limit on Apple Pay. Any Gift Cards or Vouchers that have expiry date between 21st March - 31st July 2020 will have 6 months added to the original expiry date. Please contact Groupon direct to extend any Groupon Vouchers or if you have any Groupon queries. We hope you enjoy your Safe Spa Experience .
