Welcome to our Safe Spa ExperienceWe have been working hard to ensure we are ready to welcome you and to keep our clients

and staff safe in line with Government regulations.

Please do not come to the Spa if you have anyCOVID-19 symptoms. Appointments can becancelled by calling 01202 208666. You mayreschedule in 14 days time. Only 1 person to attendand do not bring extra belongings. We will becarefully staggering appointment times to reducecongestion and maintain social distancing.

Please bring your own face mask and arrive ontime for your appointment. We will check yourtemperature and ask a few questions. If you havea reading of over 37.5 we will be unable toaccommodate you. You will also be asked tosanitise your hands immediately and a member ofstaff will guide you to your treatment room. Pleasekeep a safe distance throughout.

All staff will be equipped with appropriate PPE.Treatment rooms will be sanitised before youarrive and when you leave. This may take up to 15minutes. Please leave the spa as soon as yourappointment is finished and avoid touchinganything you do not need to.

Contactless payment is preferred where possible.There is no limit on Apple Pay. Any Gift Cards orVouchers that have expiry date between 21stMarch - 31st July 2020 will have 6 months addedto the original expiry date. Please contact Groupondirect to extend any Groupon Vouchers or if youhave any Groupon queries.
