Welcome
I am sure you will agree that the Spring and Summer of 2020 has been challenging and eventful for everyone, not least for the small business community. When we can all return to a new normal, many businesses will need to review their activities and, in some cases, change their ways of working. This may require additional training for staff as they adjust.
Sparsholt Business hopes to be able to help you by upskilling your staff. Whether your business needs additional technical skills or 'softer' skills, you should be able to find the solution in one of our training courses.
Training is delivered at our stunning Sparsholt campus, minutes from Winchester city centre or at our Andover campus with its state of the art facilities. Alternatively, we will often be able to provide a bespoke course at your own premises to meet your precise business needs. We are sure that you will find an option to meet your requirements but, if not, please contact us and we can design a cost effective programme to meet your needs.

Meet the Trainer Felicity Dwyer
Felicity is passionate about the positive impact of good leadership and management on team dynamics and business performance. She has helped hundreds of managers to achieve vocational qualifications, and her training style combines expertise, enthusiasm and encouragement.
With a background in communications management, Felicity holds CMI and NVQ qualifications in Management, a CIPD qualification in Training Practice, and an Advanced Coaching Skills certificate (City University).
Felicity continually updates her knowledge and understanding of current thinking to bring fresh ideas and insights to her students. She trains on our Chartered Management Institute and Business Skills courses.

Meet the Trainer George KoritsasELECTRICAL INSTALLATION LECTURER
George’s background is in high end commercial and domestic refurbishments, specialising in Electrical Design, Installation, and Inspection and Testing. Having run a refurbishment business for more than 15 years before moving into the education sector, his knowledge and approach to learning is very hands on and uses a lot of industry examples, as well as practical work, to support the theory.
George is passionate about developing the electricians of the future. He continues to be actively involved in the industry and this provides learners with a continuously evolving classroom.

Virtual Courses
We are very excited to be introducing a new suite of courses delivered virtually. These will be available from October 2020.

They will be delivered by our same expert trainers but using video conferencing technology.
