SPECIFICATION AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Name of work : R.D.B. works in N.C.T. of Delhi.

Sub-work : Construction of partly dense carpeting and partly cement concrete road and side drain connecting Nangloi Syed Nilothi road to Nilothi link road in Distt West.

Scope of work : The work under this contract shall generally consist of “Construction of partly dense carpeting and partly cement concrete road and side drain connecting Nangloi Syed Nilothi road to Nilothi link road in Distt West.” The scope of work mainly involves construction of road in a average width of 5.00m by providing & laying three layers of WBM as specified in schedule of Quantities in an approximate length of 430m. There upon 2.5cm thick premix carpeting and 4 cm thick dense bituminous concrete surfacing course shall be laid. The work also involves construction of cement concrete road in an approximate width of 3.50m to 5.50m and in an approximate length 2.50m, wherein 20cm thick cement concrete 1:1.5:3 shall be provided over a bed of cement concrete 1:4:8 and 7.5cm thick brick aggregate. Side drain shall also be constructed on both side of road, all as per nomenclature of relevant items of schedule of quantities, drawing & directions of Engineer-in-charge complete. The drawing of the work can be seen in the office of Executive Engineer CD XII on all working days between 11.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:1. Unless otherwise specified in the Special Terms and Conditions, the work

shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the printed C.P.W.D. Specifications 1996 Vol. I to VI and revised C.P.W.D. Specification-2002 Vol. I & II with relevant IRC code & B.I.S. specifications as applicable for works at Delhi with upto date correction slips issued till the date of opening of tenders and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. In the event of any dispute the following shall be the order of priority to decide the issue:-

i) Nomenclature of items

ii) General Specification and special conditions of the contract.

iii) C.P.W.D. specification 1996 Vol. I to VI and C.P.W.D Specification 2002 Vol I & II with upto date correction slips issued till the date of opening of tenders.

iv) B.I.S. specifications (latest edition of the relevant code)

v) Delhi Schedule of Rates 2002.

vi) Instructions of the Engineer in charge.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

2. The contractor is deemed to have carefully examined the drawings, conditions of contract, specifications of work and all other documents, comprising the tender and inspect the site of proposed work, its surroundings before submitting the tender and to have satisfied himself independently or by his own observations and enquiries as to nature extent and practicability of all works while quoting the unit rates in the tender. He shall also be deemed to have anticipated the risk of injury or damages that may involve during execution of work. The contractor shall have to made special arrangements like propping, lateral supports, bracing and lighting arrangement for the safety of labour involved in the work.

3. The work being under the technical control of Chief Engineer (I&F), Govt. of NCT of Delhi and the word of C.P.W.D. or its officers wherever it occurs in the tender form, shall be construed to mean the “IRRIGATION AND FLOOD CONTROL DEPARTMENT”, GOVT. OF DELHI or its officers, except in the case of clauses involving specifications, Schedule of rates and working conditions of labour and material

4. The work under this contract shall be subjected to the inspection carried out by the departmental officers and officers of the Chief Technical Examiner‘s Organization (Central Vigilance Commission) during and after the completion of the work or within the maintenance period. Any deficiency / defects pointed out by any of these officers shall have to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost. In case contractor fails to do so, it will be got corrected through any other agency or departmentally, at the risk and cost of the contractor.

5. Any recovery pointed out by the departmental officers! Technical Examiner shall be made good from the security deposit or any other amount due or which may become due to the contractor against this or any other work. The decision of the Engineer-in-charge regarding workmanship and recovery on a account of defective work or below specifications shall be binding on the contractor.

6. The quantities of items incorporated in the schedule of quantities are tentative and are likely to change as per approved structural design and drawing of the building. The contractor should therefore quote his rates taking into consideration this aspect and nothing shall be payable to him on this account whatsoever beyond his quoted rates. Any change in scope of work, deviation in schedule of quantities will have to be executed by the contractor at no extra cost.

7. The contractor at his own cost shall make the arrangement for filtered and unfiltered water. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

8. The contractor himself at his own cost, if required for the work, shall arrange electric connection. The department does not take any responsibility for it the contractor shall pay all the electric charges. The department may recommend the request of the contractor to concern authorities but does not bind itself for

getting it sanctioned. The contractor shall arrange for alternative arrangement in case there is any delay in getting connection or in case of power failure so as to stick to the time schedule for the completion of the work.

9. The Contractor shall execute the work carefully and safely without any damage to the other structure / equipment or injury to workman. He shall be fully responsible for any accident, theft etc. during the execution of this work till its completion.

10. The contractor shall be responsible for the correct execution of the work in accordance with the drawings provided to him. He shall also be responsible for all mistakes due to working of wrong levels or central lines. When levels, center lines and bench marks of reference have been once intimated to him in writing by the Engineer-in-charge, it shall be his responsibility to record, protect and maintain the said works. No complaints shall be entertained afterwards for excess work done as a consequence to such levels not having been kept up and maintained by the contractor.

11. The contractor shall provide at all times During the progress of the work and during maintenance period) proper means of access with ladders, gangways etc. and necessary attendant as directed by the Engineer-in-charge or his authorized representative of the inspection of work and measurements of the work done.

12. The contractor shall store all materials in proper manner so as to avoid contamination and deterioration. The 'place where materials are stored by the contractor if required by the Engineer-in-charge for any other purposes, the contractor shall make arrangements to clear the place within such times fixed by the Engineer-in-charge.

13. No compensation shall be payable to the contractor or his staff I labour remaining idle due to hindrances in the work or for any business loss, etc. in case of any stoppage of work or delay caused in the start or during progress of work due to any reason what so ever and there are likely chances of the hindrances in the work. The contractor shall plan the work accordingly. The department reserves the right to grant unilateral time extension upto 18 months and nothing extra claim on this account shall be entertained.

14. The work shall be carried out in such a manner so as not to interfere with or disturb the progress of any other ongoing work in the adjoining area being executed by any other agency.

15. The contractor shall take all precautions against damages to the executed work by floods, or rains/accidents by any other causes which may occur at site. No compensation will be allowed to the contractor for making good the damaged works, tools, plants or material lost or damaged by flood or rains or from any other causes, such as riots etc. during the contract period.

16. All arrangement for diversion of traffic and maintenance there of during the period of execution of work will be done by the contractor. This shall be

considered as incidental to the work as contractor's responsibility and nothing extra shall be payable to him on this accounts.

17. The contractor shall provide at his own cost all the instruments including surveying instruments etc. required for the purpose of checking at the site of work, instruments for field test like set of sieves for sieve analysis and other instruments as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

18. The excavated earth including its disposal shall be done as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Double handling of materials or excavated earth if required shall have to be done by the contractor at his own cost.

19. If due to any change in the design and other stipulations or requirement at site during execution of work, a particular sequence of overall constructional operations has to be followed due to which certain interruptions to any one or more items of work occur resulting in increase or decrease in the scope of work. Then no claim of the contractor what so ever shall be entertained. The payment shall be made as per clauses of the agreement. The Deptt. reserves the right to change the quantum of work / scope of work including design and drawing at any stage of work during execution of work.

No claim of the contractor due to above reasons or any part of the work remaining unexecuted due to above interruptions/ stipulations in the work shall be entertained.

20. The contractor shall at all times, provide and install sufficient warnings sign, lighting arrangements, protective tin sheet fencing, notice boards, night watch man etc. to protect and warn the public, about the work being executed to avoid any accident(s) at site. However, if any mishap occurs, either in absence or due to shortage of any such arrangement, or for any other reason whatsoever, the contractor shall be fully responsible for compensation to the victim(s) and to face all other legal consequences including prosecution.

21 The unit rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of royalty, octroi, taxes, carriage, leads and lifts and all inputs involved for satisfactory execution of work including Vat. No extra payment on this account of any unforeseen contingency shall be payable beyond the rate quoted by him in this tender. Further in compliance to direction of labour Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi one percent (1%) labour cess of the amount of the cost approved shall be deducted from the contractor bill at the time of payment. Further necessary deductions shall be made of Income Tax, Sales Tax (Vat) or other taxes as notified by the Govt. from time to time.

22. The time allowed for the execution of work shall be six months and shall be the essence of the contract.

23. The contractor shall submit a time schedule stating the entire details including sequence of events, likely date of completion of all major activities in bar chart form. The contractor shall have to adhere to the time schedule furnished by him.

24. Certain following clauses of the agreement are reproduced here, which are adhered to be followed: -

i) The contractor is required to prepare and submit the running bills of the work done, to division office, in the prescribed form, which shall be verified by the Engineer in charge for making the payment.

ii) The final bill shall be submitted by the contractor in the same manner as specified in interim bills within three months of physically completion of the work of within one month of the date of the final certificate of completion furnished by the Engineer-in-charge whichever is earlier. No further claims shall be made by the contractor after submission of the final bill and these shall be deemed to have been waived and extinguished. Payments of those items of the bill in respect of which there is no dispute and of items in dispute for quantities and rates as approved by Engineer – in – charge, will as far as possible be made within the period of six months the period being reckoned from the date of receipt of the bill by the Engineer – in – charge.

25. The interim payment of the work shall only be made through running bills (produced by the contractor), when the quantum of work done shall be more than 10% for each bill.

26 The bricks to be used in the work shall be of class designation 75 and confirm the CPWD specifications.

27 CEMENT

i) The contractor shall procure Portland Pazzolona cement conforming to IS:1489 (Part-I) having strength of 53 mpa for all items of work related to cement except for the RCC works where 43 grade OPC cement conforming to IS 8112 shall be allowed. The cement shall be procured from reputed manufacturers of cement having production capacity of one million tones or more such as ACC, JP Rewa, Shri cement, Ultra Tech & Ambuja i.e. agencies approved by Ministry of Industries Govt. of Delhi and holding license to use ISI certification mark for their product. The tenderer may also submit a list of name of cement manufacturers which they propose to use in the work. The tender accepting authority reserves right to accept or reject names (s) of cement manufacturers which the tenderer propose to use in the work. No change in the tendered rates will be accepted if the tender accepting authority does not accept the list of cement manufacturers given by the tenderer, fully or partially. Supply of cement shall be taken in 50Kg. bags bearing manufacturer's name and ISI marking. Sample of cement arranged by the contractor shall be taken by the Engineer in charge and got tested in accordance with provision of relevant BIS codes from Sh. Ram Institute or other lab as decided by Engineer – in - Charge. In case test result indicate that the cement arranged by the contractor does not conform to the relevant BIS codes, the same shall stand rejected and shall be removed from the site by the contractor at his own cost within a weeks time or written order from the Engineer in charge to do so.

ii) The cement godown shall be constructed by the contractor at site of work for which no extra payment shall be made. Double lock provision shall be made for the door of the cement godown. The keys of one lock shall remain with the Engineer- in- charge or his authorized representative and the keys of the other lock shall remain with the contractor or his authorized agent. The contractor shall be responsible for the watch and ward and safety of the cement godown. The contractor shall facilitate the inspection of the cement godown by the Engineer – in Charge at any time.

iii) The cement shall be got tested by Engineer - in- charge and shall be used on work only after test result have been received. The contractor shall supply free of charge the cement required for testing. The cost of tests shall be borne by the contractor / department in the manner indicated below:

a) By the contractor, if the result show that the cement does not conform to relevant BIS Code.

b) By the department, if the result show that the cement conform to relevant BIS codes.

iv) The actual issue and consumption of cement on work shall be regulated and proper accounts maintained as provided in clause 10 of the contract. The theoretical consumption of cement shall be worked out as per procedure prescribed in clause 42 of the contract and shall be governed by condition laid therein. Approximately 217.19 M.T. Cement shall be required to execute this work.

v) Cement brought to site and cement remaining unused after completion of work shall not be removed from site without written permission of the Engineer – in – charge.

vi) Damaged cement shall be removed from site immediately by the contractor on receipt of a notice in writing from the Engineer-in-charge. If does not do so within three days of the receipt of such notice, the Engineer-in-charge shall get it removal at the cost of the contractor.

vii) The contractor shall have to produce all the original bills in support of purchase of cement, only then the running payment shall be made to the contractor of the executed work.

28 The work of excavation for side drain under the relevant item of schedule of quantities include the diversion of present drain for construction of proposed drain, the cost of excavation of all types of malba, silt , earth debris, rubbish etc. under in or under water and existing foul condition in the drain and the adjoining area. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. Nothing extra shall be paid for construction and maintenance of the approaches in good conditions.

2. Collection and stacking of materials shall include all leads. The rates quoted by the contractor shall hold good irrespective of the source from which the material are brought so long as they conform to the satisfaction of specification. Closure of any particular quarry will not entitle the contractor it. any revision of rates and no request shall be entertained due to fresh imposition of taxes as notified by the Government from time to time.

3 QUALITY CONTROL:- The contractor shall produce all the materials in advance so that there is sufficient time for testing and approving the material and clearance of the same before use in work. Samples of various materials required for testing shall be provided free of charge by the contractor. The samples shall be tested in laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in charge regularly during execution of work as per codal provision All expenditure required to be incurred for taking the samples , conveyance, packing etc. 'shall be borne by the contractor himself and however the testing charges shall be governed by the relevant clauses of codes.

4 Stone aggregate being supplied under the relevant items schedule of quantities shall be hard free from decay and weathering and of proper size and shall be stacked properly for measurements. For purpose for payment of these items, a deduction of 7.5% on account of voids from stack measurements shall be made to arrive the net quantities. The stack shall be prepared as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge for measurements. All rejected material, shall be paid on this account.

BITUMEN

5 The bitumen required for all the bituminous items of the schedule of quantities shall be brought in drums, the same shall be stacked in fenced enclosure as directed by the Engineer-in-charge on one side of the roadway. All the drums brought to site shall be serially numbered and used in the same order. The material shall be brought in at a time in adequate quantities to suffice for whole work or for at least a fortnight work.

6 Material shall be kept in the joint custody of the contractor and the representative of the Engineer-in-charge. The empty containers shall not be removed from the site of work till the relevant items of work has been completed and permission obtained from the Engineer-in-charge. No heating of bitumen in drums for any purpose whatsoever shall be allowed

7 The Engineer – in-charge reserves the right to exercise contract over the quality and calibrations check of the dense bituminous concrete plant from where the dense contractor during execution of work and the same shall be binding on the contractor.

8 PARTICULAR SPECIFICATIONS OF BITUMINOUS CONCRETE

Scope:-This work shall consist of constructing a single layer of 40 mm thick bituminous concrete (asphalt concrete)

MATERIAL

9.1 COARSE AGGREGATES:

This shall be crushed or broken from hard stones obtained from approved quarry. These shall be clean strong, durable of fairly cubical shape and free from disintegrated soft friable, thinclogated or laminated pieces. These shall also be free from dirt, organic deleterious and other foreign matter and adherent coating. The coarse aggregate shall satisfy the physical requirements laid down in para 17-9-10.10.1 of C.P.W.D. specifications 1996 Vol V.

9.2 Fine aggregate shall be the fraction passing 2.8 mm sieve and retained on 90 micron sieve consisting of crusher run screenings, natural sand or a mixture of both. These shall be clean hard, durable uncoated dry and free from any injurious, soft or flaky pieces and organic or deleterious substances.

9.3 FILLER

The filler consist of finally graded particles of stone dust, hydrated lime or any other no plastic mineral approved by Engineer-in-charge.

9.4 AGGREGATE GRADATION

The mineral aggregates including mineral filter shall be so graded or combines to confirm to the grading set forth in table given below.

10. MIX DESIGN

10.1 REQUIREMENT OF MIX

A Part from conformity with the grading and quality requirements for individual ingredients the mix shall meet the requirements set forth in table give below: -

10.2 BINDER CONTENTS

The binder content shall be so fixed as to achieve the requirements of the mix set forth in table above. Marshal method for arriving at the binder content shall be adopted.

10.3 JOB MIX FORMULA

The contractor shall intimate to the Engineer-in-charge in writing at least 20 days before the start of the work the job mix formula proposed to be used by him for the work and shall give the following details: -i) Source and location of all materials.ii) Proportion of all materials expressed as follows where each is

applicable. Binder : As percentage by weight of total mix.Coarse aggregate : As percentage by weight of total aggregate. Mineral filler: including mineral filler.

iii) A single definite percentage passing each sieve for the mixed aggregate.

iv) The results of tests enumerated in table given under para 11.1 obtained by the contractor.

v) Test results of physical characteristics of aggregates to be used.

While working out the job mix formula, the contractor shall ensure that it is based on a correct and truly representative sample of the materials that will actually be used in the work and that mix and in different ingredients satisfy the physical and strength requirements of these specifications.

Approval of the job mix formula shall be based on independent testing by the Engineer-in-Charge for which sample of all ingredients of the mix shall be furnished by the contractor as required by the former.

The approved job mix formula shall remain effective unless and until modified by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the source of materials changed, a new job mix formula shall be established and got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge before actually using the materials.

10.4 PERMISSIBLE VARIATIONS FROM THE JOB MIX FORMULA

The contractor shall have the responsibility of ensuring proportioning of materials in accordance with the approved job mix formula and producing a uniform mix. The permissible variations of individual percentage, of the various ingredients in the actually mix from the job mix formula may be within the limits as specified in table given below. These variations are intended to apply to individual specimens taken for quality control tests as per C.P.W.D. specification 1996 Vol- V.

11.1 CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS & WORKING HOURS

Weather & Seasonal Limitations & working Hours.

The work of laying shall not be taken up during rainy or foggy weather or when the base course is damp or wet or during dust storm or when the atmosphere temperature in shade is 16O C or less. The work shall also be carried out only during the day time from 9 AM to 6 PM in working days only.

11.2 ROLLING

After the spreading of mix by paver it shall be thoroughly compacted by rolling with the approved power driven roller weighing not less than 8/10 tonners each, moving at a speed not more than 5 K.M. per hour, immediately following close to the paver.

The wheels of roller shall be kept moist to prevent the mix from adhering to them. But in case fuel lubricating oil shall be used for this purpose not excessive water poured on the wheels.

11.3 MEASUREMENTS FOR PAYMENTS

The bituminous mix laid consolidated and finishing shall be measured. The length and breadth shall be measured to nearest centimeter and thickens to nearest 5 mm. The cubical contents shall be calculated in cubic metre to nearest two places of decimal.

The thickness shall be the difference of the existing levels of the carriage way and final levels of the consolidated bituminous surfacing. Before applying the tack coat, the existing level of the carriage way shall be taken jointly by the Engineer-in-Charge or his representative and the contractor at 5 metre interval both way or closer as directed by Engineer –in-Charge. These level shall be recorded on the plan as well as in the levels book and the record shall be signed by the contractor. Levels of the consolidated bituminous course shall again be taken and plotted on the plan and recorded in the level book.

Quantity for payment shall be the theoretical quantity (based on proposed location levels) or the actual quantity (based on actual finished level) which- ever is less.

11.4 RATE

The contract unit rate for bituminous concrete shall be payable in full for carrying out the required operation including full compensation for all components listed below: -

i) Making arrangement for traffic as per C.P.W.D. specification.

ii) Preparations of base except for laying of profile corrective course but

including filling of pot holes.

iii) Providing all materials to be incorporated in the work including all

royalties, CESS, rents where necessary and all leads and lifts.

iv) All labour, tools, equipment’s plans and incidentals to complete the work

to the specification.

v) Carrying out the work in part widths of the road as directed.

vi) Hire charges of land for installation of plant for hot mix etc.

12 ADDITIONAL GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR BITUMINOUS WORK MATERIALS.

12.1 Bitumen: Bitumen shall be straight run bitumen of penetration value 60/70.

12.2 Aggregate: The aggregate shall consist of crushed stone, crushed gravel / shingle or other stones. They shall be clean, strong, durable of fairly cubical shape and free from disintegrated pieces, organic or other deleterious matters and adherent coating. The aggregate shall be hydrophobic and low porosity.

12.2.1 The aggregates shall satisfy the physical requirements get forth in table given below: -

12.2 PREPARATION OF MIX:

Hot mix plant of adequate capacity and capable of producing a proper and uniform mix shape be used for preparing the mix. The plant may be either weight batch type or volumetric proportioning continuous or drum mix type. The plant shall have co-ordinate set of essentials units capable of producing uniform mix as per the job mix formula such as spelt out in (a) to (i) below: -

a) Cold aggregate feed system for providing blended aggregate in the correct proportion (culled cold bin feed arrangement).

b) Rotating cylindrical dryer drum fitter with suitable burner capable of beating the aggregate to the required temperature without any visible unburned fuel or carbon residue on the aggregate and to reduce the moisture content of the aggregate to the specified minimum level.

c) The dryer shall be fitter with approved type of thermometric instruments at a appropriate places so as to indicate or automatically record/ register the temperature, of heated aggregate before adding/ mixing the binder.

d) Gradation control: Except in case of Drum Plant, other two types of plants mentioned above shall have: -

i) A screening but for accurate sizing of hot aggregate and feeding the same to mixing unit by weight or volume control as per the specified.

ii) Paddle mixer unit shall be capable of producing a homogenous mix with uniform coating of all particles of the mineral aggregate with binder.

e) In case of Drum Mix Plant, the cold feed system shall have variable speed belt conveyors, other suitable devices for regulating the accurate proportioning of aggregate into an even feed flow automatically from a central operating/control cabin.

f) Bitumen control units: Capable of measuring metering and spraying required quantity of bitumen at specified temperature with automatic synchronization of bitumen and aggregate feed.

g) Filer system: Fine feeder system suitable to receive bagged or bulk supply of filler material and incorporation to the mix in the correct quantity shall be a necessary auxiliary.

h) Dust control: A suitable built in dust control equipment for the dryer to contain the exhaust of fine dust into atmosphere for environmental control when ever so specified by the Engineer-in-charge.

i) Suitable Maxillary bitumen boiler of adequate capacity with self heating arrangement and temperature control device. The boiler should be fitted with temperature indicating instruments.

The temperature of the binder at the time of mixing shall be in the range of 150O - 177O of aggregates in the range of 155O – 163O/

Mixing shall be through to ensure that a homogenous mixture is obtained in which all particles of the mineral and aggregate are coated uniformly.

The mix shall be transported from the mixing plant to the point of use in suitable tipper vehicles. The vehicles employed for transportation shall be clean and be covered in transit if so directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

13.1 SPREADING

The mix transported from the hot mix plant to the site shall be spread by means of all self propelled mechanical paver with suitable screeds capable of spreading temping and finishing the mix to the specified grade lines and cross section, paver, finisher shall have the essential feature as spelt out below:-

a) Loading hoppers and suitable distributing mechanism.

b) The screed have temping vibrating arrangement for initial compaction to

the layers as it is spread without rating or otherwise marring the surface.

It shall have adjustable amplitude and infinitely variable frequency. c) The paver shall be equipped with necessary control mechanism so as to

ensure that the finished surface is free from surface blemishes.

d) The screed shall have the internal heating arrangement.

However, in restricted location where there is narrow, width where the available equipment cannot be operated in the opinion of the Engineer-in-Charge he may permit manual laying of the mix.

13.2 Longitudinal joints and edges shall be constructed true to the delineating line parallel to enter of the road. Longitudinal joints shall be offset by at least 150mm from those is the lower course. All joints shall be cut vertical to the fully thickness of the previously land mix and the surface painted with hot bitumen before placing the fresh material.

13.3 SURFACE FINISH AND QUALITY CONTROL OF WORK.

The surface finish of construction shall confirm to the requirements of para no (17.09.10.10.4 & Para 17.09.11.10) of C.P.W.D specification 1996 Vol No V Control on the quality of material and works shall be exercised by the Engineer-in-Charge in accordance with the C.P.W.D. specification 1996 Vol-V.

Opening to traffic may be allowed after completion of the final routing when the mix has cooled down to the surrounding temperature.

29 SITE CLEARANCE. . After physical completion of the work, the site shall be cleared off all the malba, construction material, tools and plants, labour huts, cement store or any other temporary construction raised by the contractor during the execution of work, at his own cost. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor for clearance of the site

i) Upto 85% of the payment shall be released after getting result of 7 days cube strength satisfactory.

ii) Upto 90% of the payment shall be released after getting the 28 days strength satisfactory.

Balance payment shall be released after satisfactory result of Core Cutting / completion of the work recorded by the competent authority.
