Getting Started

On the Spellodrome homepage, click1

Enter your username and password to login to the Spellodrome Parent Console. 2

You received Parent Console access details by email when you activated your learner’s account.

This is the main Parent Console – your launchpad to the many tools, reports and resources available to you. All learners with a subscription will be listed here.

Editing Your Learner’s Details

Editing Your DetailsIt’s a good idea to confirm your account information is correct the first time you sign in. Make sure to keep your details up-to-date to receive important communication from Mathletics.

Here you can update your name and contact details, change your password, add a contact, and turn on/off email subscription.

Click next to Parent Account in the left sidebar.

Here you can modify personal information including name, password and year group.

Click next to your learner’s name.

Weekly ReportsAs a parent, you can receive a free report on your child’s progress each week, directly into your inbox. An excellent way to track their improvement, encourage usage and support their progress.

Check the Email Weekly Reports button to receive weekly reports.

Don’t forget to save your changes.

Here you can change the Spellodrome program set for that learner. You have the ability to modify the course up to six times.

Select the country of the course you want to set. 1

Select the new course from the drop-down menu.2

Tracking progress

Click the View Progress icon within the Parent Console to access a host of information and reports about your child’s results in Spellodrome.

Click the Weekly Reports icon to view a weekly summary of spelling lists completed by your child. The reports include the number of times the learner signed in, total time online, points earned that week and accuracy results. You can view reports dating back to the start of your subscription.

In the certificates area you can access, view, download or print the certificates your child has earned.2

Student Centre allows you to sign directly into the Student Console. This provides you with a preview of your learner’s console.

Note that you will be in preview mode and you will not be able to complete work in this view.

Purchase

If your learner’s subscription has expired, you would like to add Mathletics to their account, or purchase Spellodrome for another learner, click on purchase in the Parent Console.

Follow the prompts to complete your purchase. Your parent account details will remain the same.
