WELCOME TO THEGLOBAL SELF-CARE FEDERATION WORLD CONGRESS CAPE TOWN 2020
The Self-Care Association of South Africa is thrilled to host the Global Self-Care Federation World Congress Cape Town 2020 in Cape Town, South Africa in October 2020. Cape Town is the oldest city in South Africa and certainly ranks right up there as one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It is colloquially named the Mother City. Your expectations of this city if you have not yet had the privilege of visiting it, will be met way beyond your wildest dreams. Its beauty is captivating, and all that Cape Town has to offer will ensure that you enjoy your time with us.
The Global Self-Care Federation (www.selfcarefederation.org) is a federation of regional and national associations, and manufacturers and distributors of non-prescription medicines on all continents. They are a Swiss association based near Geneva, Switzerland. Their membership is extremely impressive and spans the globe.
The congress will be held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC), which is a world-class convention centre situated in the heart of Cape Town’s business and entertainment hub. With the gorgeous and iconic view of Table Mountain in the background and a short distance from the Atlantic Ocean, the CTICC most often exceeds all expectations. There are several world class hotels within walking distance of the CTICC to ensure that your stay is a comfortable and pleasant one.
The theme of the congress is “Self-Care in a Digital Age” which lends itself to ensuring that our delegates are presented with a world-class line-up.
We anticipate attracting a robust and impressive audience in terms of our delegates from pharmaceutical and self-care / consumer businesses, along with various self-care, OTC and consumer associations from around the world.
