• User able to make note of possible improvements, which might otherwise be overlooked for forgotten.

• Duration: One week.

Focus Group

• A focus group is a small group of people who meet together and provide answers plus opinions to some questions asked by a group leader.

• The objective: to investigate the available student services and

accessibility of MyAUP and aup.edu

• The benefits: we will be able to use this information to re-create MyAUP so as to better suit the students’ needs at AUP.

• Links to sga, other webistes - SGA and student media should be more present

• Classifieds should be more visible• Needs info about Paris, and AUP neighborhood online

• 7th Arrondissement, Transportation: Link to ratp website• Faculty info not updated (New and visiting professors not there)• More control over personal record

• Students want to see ALL info. regarding grades, GPA, etc.• AUP e-mail not used.

Results – First Impressions of AUP from MyAUP vs. aup.edu• Aup.edu site was easy to navigate and had good

connection with it

• Better than other websites

• Went on planet website and looked at archives before coming to AUP

• Found aup on the Internet but felt like he had to come visit to find out what it was really like.
