opportunity
Designed to provide trainees with the ability to correctly respond to a disaster
In the event of a major disaster, citizens will be on their own for at least the first 72 hours as first responders will be overwhelmed.
The goal is to provide citizens with a working knowledge of life-saving skills while also instilling confidence and a sense of community that provides a safety net for a community.
Our goal is to provide AMSA members with a one to two day workshop that will help them prepare for a disaster that will inevitably happen in California’s future.
