Authentisign Release Changes

We are releasing numerous and positive changes to Authentisign for April. Here is a list and description of

the changes:

Notable Changes and New Functionality

1. We have added the ability for Signing Participants to choose not to show the signature/initials creation dialog

after the first time ‐ “Do not display again” at the bottom of the dialog, in screenshot below.


2. The drag/drop images used in flyout on document annotation views (design, design mobile, document layout

editor, form template editor) have been updated for better design and contrast on screen.

3. You can now Cut/Copy/Paste of annotations in document annotation views in various locations (Authentisign

Design, Authentisign Design mobile, Authentisign Document Personal Layout Editor, Authentisign Forms

Template Administrative Editor). This allows quick copy and paste in multiple locations, removing the need

for repetitive dragging of annotations.


4. We’ve added a Tracking History menu item to Authentisign. This allows users to see recent activity across all

signings, so they know what Participants have done (or haven’t done).

To see the Tracking History, click on the Hamburger menu in the upper right (three green bars) and click

Tracking History.


5. We changed the Draw Signature/Instanet Ink pen size from 10 to 4. The result is a finer (narrower) signature

line.

6. A new type of “grouped initials” that allows only one to be accepted. This allows signers to make a (single)

selection in a form or document, in multiple checkbox/choice areas.


7. We’ve now given you the ability to a combination of SimulSign and Sign In line. Simulsign grouping was added

to the add/edit participant, dialog so signings can be simulsigned in groups. This allows you to set‐up a signing

so some people can simulsign, but other are Sign‐In Line. An example might be that you want two buyers to

sign using Simulsign (first come first serve, but you want it sent to the Listing Agent for review only after they

sign (Sign‐Inline).

8. We’ve centered the Complete dialog in the sign view after a Participant has finished signing and is ready to

complete the signing. We’ve done this make the Complete dialog easier to see.


Mobile Specific Changes

We’ve made numerous interfaces to improve the mobile signing experience. In each set of changes below, the old

version is on the left and new version is on the right. In each case, we’ve enlarged the fonts, the buttons and moved

elements to make reading and tapping easier.

Other Changes

28. "Cancel" in dialogs has been changed to "Close".

29. Additional history is added for wizard documents being added/removed. Examples below.


30. We changed labels on header/documents around the "Combined Version" section of Authentisign details .

31. Signed signature annotation background was updated and font change to date stamp (removed bold from the

datestamp).

32. Updated radio button images are used on design/sign/etc views and final document .

33. The entire radio button group/initial group is highlighted when one of them are "next".


34. We’ve added an option on step 1 of the wizard to disable the yellow icon/paper clip on final documents.

35. The fax # was removed from add/edit participant dialogs.

36. The system stamps radio buttons and checkboxes differently on signed documents (radio buttons now stamp

using unicode font, checkboxes are now black).

37. Timestamps were removed from signatures on signing page and we changed the way we load signed images

so they load faster.

38. Added keys to signed checkboxes/radio buttons.

39. All annotations on stamped / signed documents have been “flattened”.

Bug Fixes

40. Fix bug with date stamp annotations in the form template editor

41. Other changes that require releases of multiple projects:

42. Add prompt to form editor letting user know they are being redirected to Authentisign when starting a signing

from within Instanet Forms

43. Add flag to external portal/SSO to force prompt to add additional documents/forms when entering the wizard

(to be used with the above redirect)
