The Parliament (Chamber of Deputies and Senate) of Romania
ACCOMMODATION
Six hotels have been selected for the accommodation of participants: JW Marriott Grand Hotel, Radisson Blu, Intercontinental, Athénée Palace Hilton, Novotel City Centre and Ibis Parliament.
The session will take place in the Parliament of Romania.
Transport will be provided between the Parliament and all session hotels for meetings. Transport will also be provided from all session hotels to the social events.
Reservations should be made by sending the attached booking form by e-mail or fax directly to the hotel concerned with a copy to Rodica Ungureanu (e-mail: [email protected]). Please indicate the name of the hotel on the form, the type of room and the number of rooms required.
Hotel booking and cancellation conditions:
Please note that reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and the number of each room type is limited;
The reservation deadline for all session hotels is 1 August 2017;
All cancellations must be made in writing;
Credit card details and a signature must be provided to guarantee the reservations;
Check-in for JW Marriott Grand Hotel, Radisson Blu, Intercontinental and Athénée Palace Hilton is at 15.00 and check-out is at 12.00. Check-in for Novotel City Centre and Ibis Parliament is at 14.00 and check-out is at 12.00;
Arrivals before 5 October and departures after 10 October as well as extended stays will be confirmed according to the hotel’s availability.
