Around 10 years of experience in Production & Quality
Control in Fabrication and Manufacturing sectors. Currently working
with M/s ARDEE ENGINEERING COMPANY, HYDERABAD. (A company produces
Structural fabrication parts, ducts, and welded beams for power
plants. It is part of M/s Navayuga Engineering company, Hyderabad
who supplies fabrication items to M/s BHEL , M/s Krishnapatnam
port, M/s Felguera Grauss, M/s Nagarjuna Constructions, etc.)
Working as Sr.Engineer Production / Quality control. Managed the
activities like Shop floor workforce control, Machinery
maintenance, Fulfilling production and quality targets based on
customer requirements. Having sound knowledge in WPS, PQR,
Preparation of weld maps, Interpretation of drawings and
specifications. Also Proficient in setting up quality monitoring
systems and implementing quality standards. Extensive experience in
inspection, testing and developing corrective measures to reduce
rate of rejection and rework. Instrumental in development of new
