STEWARDSHIP: In the Gospel today, Jesus

warns us not to give in to hopes of repayment, but to give openhandedly to the poor and needy. That sort of giving mirrors the bountiful giving of God, and Jesus assures us it is blessed indeed!

Rooted in God’s love, St. Joseph Parish takes as its mission to be a welcoming faith community that lives and shares

the Gospel of Jesus Christ through prayer, formation, evangelization, fellowship, and service.

Regretfully, we have recently had several in-stances of items (money, cell phones, etc.) be-ing taken from cars parked in our lot. For your protection, we ask when you come to St. Joseph’s, to please lock your car. Make sure that you do not leave any valuables in the car. If you do have valuables, please put them out of sight. This is good advice for other places, too!

You’re eligible if you attend Mass regularly, are interested in a preschool to 8th grade Catholic education, and finances pose a difficulty in making this happen! For more info, call our parish office, 343-6256. (CSGK Hackett Catholic Prep has scholarships too!)
