Resident Council Meetings Friday, July 6

President’s ColumnThe 2018-19 budget and strategic plan was submitted to the Board of Directors at our Annual Meeting on May 22. Both documents were approved and will now go to Felician Services Inc. for final review and approval before the end of June.As the long-term care environment changes, we continue to reach out into the community, along with local partners, to identify and meet the needs of seniors. Felician Village is well positioned to continue as the leader in Senior Services in Manitowoc County as demonstrated by the fact that for EIGHT straight years we have been voted “Best of the Lakeshore.” This year we have again been nominated in the following categories: senior independent living, assisted living, nursing home and rehabilitation. Voting starts June 24 through July 14 at www.htrnews.com. Your votes would be much appreciated. Of course, these accolades would not be possible without YOU. Thank you for choosing to make Felician Village your home. Our staff works hard to continue the ministry of the early Felician Sisters who founded St. Mary’s in 1887. We are proud to continue this healing ministry of Jesus by providing compassionate care that respects the dignity of each person we serve.Let’s be “Best of the Lakeshore” NINE years in a row
