SAFETYThe product must be only used for the suggested purpose, in particular according to the directions descri-bed in the below paragraphs; any other improper use, including assembling of components different from the prescribed ones, invalidates safety conditions.

The present manual must be read completely and kept for future needs.

SPECIFICATIONS- Pastore & Lombardi folding shelf in stainless steel is simple to assemble and gives extreme flexibility of

use.- Effective cleaning is possible to ensure a good hygiene.- Varied dimensions of modules allow to obtain the required length of the shelf.- Folding of the planes is very simple thanks to the support arms that rotate up to 90 degrees. In vertical- position the shelf occupies a reduced space. - The vertical distance between shelves is adjustable for every necessity, with a minimum stroke of

100 mm.- For the shelves not requiring vertical adjustment, a 110 mm pillar is sufficient.- For the shelves assembled to the wall by glueing is available an aluminium pillar with 2 m height.- The edges of the system are protected by rubber inserts.

LOADING CAPACITY FOR A PLANE 1000MMx500MMLoading capacity indicates the max. load uniformly distributed leading to an elastic deformation under load resulting in less than 10 mm measured in the middle of a plane 1000 mm long.Loading capacity of a plane 1000 mm long and 500 mm wide with pillars L 500 mm = 140 KGLoading capacity of a plane 1000 mm long and 500 mm wide with pillars L 110 mm = 100 KG

ASSEMBLY- Reinforcing plates must be applied to the walls of the vehicle in order to fix the vertical pillar L=500 mm

or L=110 mm.

- For pillars L=500mm, at least 3 screws shall be used according to the scheme:

- The aluminium pillars can be also applied using bonding agents.

- How to assemble: the fixing angle bars 7 shall be riveted to the supporting arms 1, then the horizontal elements 4, 2 and 5 must be riveted to the angle bars 7. As last step the shims 6 must be fixed.

- After having assembled the shelves, proceed to fix the protective rubber inserts 8 and 9.

- Fixing the assembled plane to pillar 3 using the bolt and the safety spring provided with the pillar.

USETo use the shelf as a loading plane, the planes shall be set in horizontal position, the load shall be positio-ned and fixed properly using suitable cargo restraint systems which are not provided.

When the shelf is not used for the load, the plane in the horizontal position shall be turned upwards to put it in vertical position. In this position the eyelet present on the shelf component 1 makes possible that the plane goes down slightly to be positioned in a blocked configuration.To have the shelf again in horizontal position, the plane shall be slightly lifted and turned downwards.

To modify the height of the plane , the safety spring of the bolt shall be released and the bolt shall be slipped off. The plane shall be positioned at the required height, the bolt inserted again and blocked with the safety spring.

MAINTENANCEThe shelves and relative pillars do not require any maintenance.As the product is aimed at different uses such as: type of vehicle, frequence of use, type of the load, cargo restraint systems, road surface, etc…, we recommend the final user or any other entrusted person to perform cleaning and checking operations of the different components of the single components of the cargo restraint system.

For any replacement of parts we recommend to contact an authorized repair shop.

Attention! : The product does not provide for cargo restraint systems, which shall be provided by the installer or by the user.Attention! : the way of driving the vehicle must respect the conditions of the road and anyway always complying with the norms regarding traffic regulation.
