Omcan’s Mandoline Vegetable Slicer is made of stainless steel and designed to cut vegetables with ease for small to medium applications. This unit comes complete with five interchangeable cutting blades and a plastic hand pusher. The rubber coated handles and feet provide stability while in use. The top levers allow thickness adjustments of up to 3/8" (9.5mm)
