Micro-manage client home portfolios on website, client follow up, offer general guidance for preparing and marketing a home to sell, banner ad sales to build Partners on websites, order supplies, maintain signs, meetings w/ other Marketing managers, participate in professional networking groups and community events to promote services in own zone.

Specifications

Passionate about FSBO method of selling, basic knowledge including inspections, appraisals, mortgage process is a plus. (You won’t give Real Estate advice; you will direct sellers to propermortgage process is a plus. (You won t give Real Estate advice; you will direct sellers to proper partners in our network.) Organizational skills on telephone, office and computer. Excellent ability to present and sell along with follow up on self generated leads. Realtors license not needed however experience in industry would be most helpful.
