Dr. Theresa Semler
Dr. Theresa Semler supports companies and senior leaders as a consultant, facilitator and business coach in executing their strategy and strengthening their leadership.
She founded Semler Company after having held jobs both at different management consultancies and as a line manager in the financial services industry.
Theresa Semler excels at quickly analysing cases change and identifying key success factors through listening closely to what people have to say.
Having lived and worked in a number of different countries, she has the necessary sensitivity to multi-cultural contexts and a wide horizon with respect to what is possible.
Her fresh and unconventional views, her broad toolset (e.g. co-active coaching, awareness-based systems leadership, large group facilitation) and her clear intuition for the dynamics of transformation processes make her a valued sparring partner for top management.
She received a PhD from University of Chicago in Comparative Literature and ran her own business in the US, Israel and Germany. As a senior consultant at Capgemini Consulting and as a line manager at Commerzbank, she advised top management on strategy execution, leadership development and organizational transformation.

Katharina has a passion of bringing innovative tools and approaches (e.g., psychodrama and improvisation, mindfulness, NLP, systemic constellations) into her work with senior leaders to master change and develop their full potential as leaders. She combines substantial educations in psychology and coaching with her experience in business management, strategy and organizational transformation work.
For seven years Katharina worked for McKinsey & Company advising clients from various industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, retail, basic materials, finance) and geographies in the fields of strategy development, operational efficiency, organizational transformations and leadership development.
Before joining McKinsey Katharina managed 200+ people in China as GM of a toys factory and an export company for 3 years.
Katharina Petrasch graduated from the University of Vienna and obtained an MBA Diploma from INSEAD.
Katharina Petrasch supports global organizations as consultant, facilitator and coach in the areas of transformational change and leadership.
Besides her 20 years of coaching experience she started and turned around businesses in China and worked as Engagement Manager and Organization Expert for a top management consultancy.
