• BC HYDRO PERFORMANCE CRITERIA :
TOTAL LOAD ALLOCATION ERROR SHOULD NOT EXCEED 600 MW MAXIMUM
AVERAGE LOAD ALLOCATION ERROR OVER A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR SHOULD NOT EXCEED 400 MW
