All Bremtec brake friction products undergo the following
stringent tests to assure only the highest quality finished

Ceramic Brake Paste
Lubricate under extreme conditions
reducing disc brake squeal and
noise transfer from vibration.
Honeywell compressibility The level of comfort provided by disc brake pads, such as chatter, rubbing, etc., is determined by their elasticity, this test determines specific pad characteristics.

ShimAdvanced Noise Reduction
All Bremtec brake pads come fitted with
Shimlok Shims manufactured in the USA. The
unique manufacturing process, bonds a thick
layer of nitrile rubber elastomer to both sides of
the metal base, resulting in the shim interacting
directly with both the caliper and backing plate.
This provides six times more active noise
reduction than conventional metal shims and
ensures exceptional thermal & vibration control
in the brake pad through damping.

Bremtec brake pads source the highest grade
raw materials and bonding agents to offer

Their advanced semi metallic formula has
been engineered to decompound at varying
temperatures when the brake pad engages
