It’s a Man’s World This customised treatment is designed to target tension areas for men incorporating specific products for the skin’s needs. The treatment commences with Chi-Zen massage working on a series of pressure points to alleviate tension to the back and neck, followed by the C+ Energy Facial to deep cleanse and boost the skin. Do I need to book? Yes, booking is essential. To avoid disappointment on the day, please call 0871 702 7043† .

What do I need to bring with me? We provide towels and robes, so just your swimwear if you are visiting the Aqua Relaxation Rooms. Shower gels and body lotions are provided.

Do I need a coin for the locker? Lockers are complimentary for our Spa guests. Locker space is limited so please only pack what you need.

Where is the Spa? We are located on the first floor of the Alton Towers Hotel. The hotel is signposted from arrival at the main entrance.

What if I need to cancel my booking? If for any reason you need to cancel your booking please give 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled time and a full refund will be given. Alternatively we can re-schedule for a more convenient time.

Do I need to pay for the car park? Car parking is complimentary, park at the Alton Towers Hotel car park and enter through the Hotel main entrance.

Is there an age limit? We want you to be able to relax whilst visiting our Spa so we are strictly over 16s within our Aqua Relaxation Rooms. For guests 13+, the suitable treatments available are TH13TEEN Fix, File and Polish and bareMinerals make up lesson and application.

Can I meet my friends on the Theme Park during my Spa stay? The Spa is situated at the Alton Towers Hotel, you would need to purchase your Theme Park ticket as an addition on www.altontowers.com or by calling 0871 222 3330† .

Can I go back to my hotel room in my robe? Yes, you will be required to provide information at the Spa reception and return the robe to the Spa to avoid a charge.

I have received/am receiving medical care/treatment, can I still use everything? We suggest that you speak to your doctor as sometimes doctors notes are needed, if in doubt call the Spa and speak to our trained professionals for advice.

Terms and conditions Please be aware we do ask you to arrive for your treatment at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This time is for you to prepare yourself for your treatment. Swimwear is required if you are visiting our Aqua Relaxation Rooms. Towels and robes are provided. Prices are subject to change without notice.
