Steps of Filling Customer Profiling Form (eCPF)
1. Starting from 2 July 2019, customers can fill in “Customer Profiling Form” via online securities trading platform.
After login, please click “ACCOUNTS” on the right top corner; choose “Customer Service” -> “Update Customer
Profiling Form (CPF)”.
2. Customers need to declare they are the holders of the accounts before filling “Customer Profiling Form”.
For corporate accounts, customers have to declare they are the authorized persons of the accounts.
3. Customers can review if the answers are correct, and then click “Submit” or “Back”.
4. After submitting, customers’ investment strategy will be calculated immediately.
Please click “Confirm” or “Reject”.
* If the assessment result is rejected, eCPF cannot be re-submitted within the next 24 hours.
5. After customers have confirmed the assessment result, a message will pop up as follows:
6. eCPF will be submitted and effective from the next working day. Customers are able to check their assessment
information via online platform on the next working day.
Please click “ACCOUNTS” on the right top corner, and then click “Personal Information”
*Customer Profiling Form (CPF) is valid for 1 year.
Please be reminded that the below customers cannot fill or submit eCPF:
1. Customers who have not registered an email address with BOCIS .
2. Customers who have already submitted CPF within 3 months.
